The Harris County Black Attorneys Association (HCBAA) was founded by a group of attorneys whose primary motivating factor for the organization’s formation was to increase the diversity of the legal profession. The objective is to help remove barriers that impact diversity and provide much needed resources to underrepresented groups.

HCBAA understands that the amplification of diverse voices in the legal community will allow greater access to litigants while improving the profession as a whole.

Our membership is open to anyone who shares our goals of diversity.
